Hardline hose on frame, front driver side (1 Viewer)

Anyone know what this hard hose/pipe is for? Just noticed it today. It seems to go into the frame at the front drivers side just above the axle.

I was going to say it looks like the pipe that routes up to the bottom vent on the charcoal canister but I'm not convinced.

I believe that is the vent line from the charcoal canister.

Ah thank you! It’s been like 6 years since I swapped in the vc120 and I think that eliminated the need for that line.
