Same for me. I got it to go into vehicle settings a couple times but usually it just goes into the read codes mode and there's no clear or simple way to navigate out of it. Doesn't help that it's pretty damn slow.

I've found I need to navigate to generic OBD2 reader then back to the VIN reader (Toyota/Lexus specific) in order to get it to provide the other menus.Same for me. I will try that. Thanks.I've found I need to navigate to generic OBD2 reader then back to the VIN reader (Toyota/Lexus specific) in order to get it to provide the other menus.
I still think the menu system stinks though.
Yes, agreed. Does anyone have a working procedure to always access the customization or diagnostic menu? Sometimes it just loops in the scanning mode forever. Don't even know what I pressed to get out of the loop sometimes.Absolutely
It always scans in my experience.Yes, agreed. Does anyone have a working procedure to always access the customization or diagnostic menu? Sometimes it just loops in the scanning mode forever. Don't even know what I pressed to get out of the loop sometimes.

Here is what I do:
1. Tool scans vin automatically. Don't hit ok
2. Hit home button
3. Hit diagnosis
4. Hit Lexus or Toyota. Software version screen pops up. The hit ok
5. Manual select
6, 16 PIN DLC North America
7. ModelYear
8. Radar Cruise (I have radar cruise so I pick this for my LX)
9. Hit ok
10. System then scans the car
11. Then select “system selection” or “customize setting” to fiddle with your settings
If you have the codes for all 5 TPMS sensors, input them manually one by one. This did work for me. It does take a few minutes. It is not very satisfying. You can program two sets of tires. (I have a 2015 LC).Hi guys, what am I doing wrong?
If I need to reset TPMS sensors, how does this unit detect each sensor code? Is this capability possible?
I took our LX to a tire center to get to acquire the ID codes (TPMS sensors are already installed).
I entered the ID codes for all 5 tires and registration failed.
Ugh. I am this close to throwing this against the wall because the menus absolutely suck.
