Just offering another option for anyone interested.

I'm a fan of IPF lighting. ARB has been going with them for some time. I have the first version of these and they are very, very bright. Perfectly white, not blueish or anything. Also there is no separate ballast to mount somewhere. Just a wire to plug into the factory harness, that's it.

The new version is a little brighter and offers better cooling (I couldn't even imagine brighter, I don't plan to ever add auxiliary lighting because these are all I need)

Thank you for suggesting I consider these. I have been researching. Per chance did you powder coat a few things bronze for my HE build with Eric?

I ended up ordering these after more research for lows. If I like them, I will get the highs and fogs.

Why?

• White color, essentially no blue, essentially what I was looking for.

Here is an update. Morimoto 2 stroke 2.0 installed today. Pictures are not the best, but thus far after a test drive, I am going to order fogs and highs when I get the cash. Lows are white 5500k (not blue at all to my eyes). Much brighter as well.

As another update, I installed the Morimoto 2 stroke 2.0 in the fog lights. Huge difference. Highly recommended.
