Sorry I haven’t posted much but here’s an update. Fully converted but kept lexus badging. I also went ahead did the rear door with tire carrier.

Prado cladding and Lexus badging... That'll confuse a few folks!
All that's left is converting to right-hand drive.

I used the Kaon rear camera relocation and modified it to fit on the jdm license plate holder. I didn’t like the European license plate holder which is wider.

Looks amazing. Mind me asking how much you paid for all the Prado parts? I imagine shipping was pretty steep.
