anyone interested in meeting up there somtime Sat Am for breakfast or something. I don't want to go that far and not have someone to ride with...etc. As I've never been there before. I would either leave here Fri mid day or later , or early Sat AM. Ride Sat.

I will meet somewhere. I was just waiting to get closer to the event so that I would know where I will be.

ok...I'll be out of the loop for most of the week next week (off-site conference related to work), but I'll have my laptop and should be able to check the board at times. Anyone else that wants to kind of run as a group on Sat? Post up.

Based on some of the postings in the threads it looks like there are going to be a lot of people up there.

I will make sure to bring my Alabama Flags with me. You will see them flying in the camp site. I am planning on heading out of Montgomery Wednesday night or Thursday midday at the latest. We can meet up and ride some easy trails when you get there.

Anyone else? Post up if you are registered and/or planning to make it.

Man... I wish. After plopping down on this Tow Rig I don't think i even have the gas monies at this point though.

I plan to show up on Sat AM. Where do we go to register on site? and I assume we also have to get a tech inspection (from looknig at the web site). Do we need to bring proof of TLCA membership? I know its late in the day..on Friday and I may not get a reply this late in the game.

It was a good event. Upstate Cruisers did an awesome job putting on this event. It was nice seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Clankbank, Elbert, radioridge, and I had a good time wheeling. Golden Mountain has some good trails. uabericm won an FJ40 bikini top, which he can use on my truck. Hopefully, we will have a club ride in the works for this Fall at the Cove in Tracey City/Jasper. Everyone needs to try to make the SCC in October in Hot Springs.

Had a great time too.. It was good to hang out with some Alabama folks at an event like that. Golden Mt. is an awesome park its like the Disney world of off road parks and is only going to get better.

Sorry, that I took off so ealry Howard I got up and it was already blazing hot so I just packed up and left.

Eric.. The Virgina guys made sure that I brought home a pint glass for you. Its sitting at my house now I'll bring it to the next meeting.

I'm glad you all had a good time. I hear the only downsides were the weather and the fact I didn't win the sliders.

I am going to try to make the SCC or the ride in Missouri this fall.

Yeah.. Werds Girlfriend (Summer) Took a bunch I bet werd will post some soon.

Thats right, I can confirm the existance of a girlfriend and not one of the blow up nature..
She is a pretty cool lady and fun to hang out with.

good time... serious trails

got a little too hot late Saturday...decided to leave early as I was not feeling so good.

Enjoyed meeting everyone and that location was nice. Did not get a chance to see much of the trails due to feeling bad, but would go back again.

Thanks for making the drive guys! It was great to meet you. Hope you all had a good time and a safe trip home.

Next year we'll turn on the AC for ya!:p
