Grind from L4 to H2 (02 4Runner) (1 Viewer)

I get a very slight grinding when shifting from L4 to H4 or H2. It does shift in to gear it just does not feel like it should rub gears like that. It's not very loud either.
Is this something to be concerned about?

Are you stopped when you are shifting out of low range?

yes. stoppped and in neutral.
