Well I got my 80. It's a 92 with 86k on the 3FE, one owner and stock for now. I know, 93-97 is a little more desirable but I couldn't pass up the mileage. I'll post up some pics when I can. One question though, Are the VIN number stickers normally on the drivers door and not the door jam? Thanks for your info.

Brian

Congatulations, that is a sweet find with the mileage. It's an 80, thats all that really matters.

yay!

fwiw, not to rub it in, but a 93-97 is more than just a little more desireable.
:D :flipoff2: :D

congrats on the new rig.

where are the pics? everyone wants to see pics.

Congrats on the new cruiser. Yes pics would be nice.I thought all new cruiser owners took photos straight away as soon as it is home .

6K a year, damn, that's low mileage ...... poor thing did a lot of sitting around.

Nice find, and to echo my fellow Cruiserheads, this thread is useless without pics!

Actually cloth is what I wanted, didn't really like the cracks in the leather ones I looked at.

Yep same here, mine aren't all that cracked yet, but they are hard as a rock.

Hey, it was worth a shot. :D

I don't care enough to do anything about them right now though.
