A little more progress today on the sliders.. Maybe finish them tomorrow.. Got the rack where I want it. Light bar mounted, holes drilled for wire runs.

Get the new mounts finished tomorrow (x10.. had these built but, I was LAZY one day and sold them), prime and paint, install grommets and run 12 gauge wire to the dash area.

Then I will be building a few bumpers for folks.

Thanks MJ... School keeping you to busy to wheel? Been a little MIA...

Still wheeling, just haven't had access to a shop to get anything done. My list of to-dos is getting longer, which will make my summer fun. I am going to be at roundup this year. Are you going to make it?

I'm curious to see how thou run the wires through the roof. I have a 5/16" hole in mine stuffed with silicon and my feet get wet, probably will weld it up.

Come back to the rear hatch and in through an existing grommet or drill a new hole and install grommet. The wire (s) from the rack to the hatch get a wire loom wrapped around it. Pretty easy.

Its a long way around, but the cleanest and less maintenance down the road.

Can you take some pics when you get these wires routed? How many wires will go through your grommet?

Sliders and rack are looking good!

J, Will do. I used a 1/2" x 3/8" grommet. I only need to run 2 -12 gauge wires. I made room for future use, just in case. Should be able to get 4-12 gauge wires through it.

I'll post pics in a few days.

Ordered! Thank you J

No, thank you.

I will try and get mine installed this week, but not looking to good... I have a delivery of 40 front bumper shells coming in, a couple of bumpers to build, drop the 2F off at the machine shop and finish stripping down the blue 40...

Maybe next week.
