I'm curious to see how thou run the wires through the roof. I have a 5/16" hole in mine stuffed with silicon and my feet get wet, probably will weld it up.
Still wheeling, just haven't had access to a shop to get anything done. My list of to-dos is getting longer, which will make my summer fun. I am going to be at roundup this year. Are you going to make it?
Mj
Not this year. It would be a blast to see you and Mike, Dave .. well everybody.. Just different priorities at the moment.
J
Jason, did you powder coat your door handles or just paint ????
Come back to the rear hatch and in through an existing grommet or drill a new hole and install grommet. The wire (s) from the rack to the hatch get a wire loom wrapped around it. Pretty easy.
Its a long way around, but the cleanest and less maintenance down the road.

Can you take some pics when you get these wires routed? How many wires will go through your grommet?
Sliders and rack are looking good!
Well guys I made 10 of my WagonGear CLONE radio/CB combo mounts. Several of you have inquired.
Here they are. All 304 and 316 stainless steel components.
