Hi everyone,

About to pull the trigger on a 100 LX470- will need full timing belt and WP replacement, AHC flush, transfer case service and more as preventative maintenance. Does anyone know of any reputable shops in the above area?

Thank you. Excited to rejoin the fold!

Did you ever find a good shop around here? I need some diagnostic done on my AHC and if it’s not just the Globes I probably need a shop that knows what they’re doing (at the very least to pull and interpret TechStream results and give me a plan).

Churchill Classics in Eldred, NY is a good option if Jared is taking mechanical work.
awesome thank you man! Super far for me but it’s right by the Delaware River, I’ll turn it into a fly fishing/AHC trip 🤣

I use Rivera Toyota in Mt Kisco. They give me a fair labor rate and the head tech used to work at Lexus so he knows my LX well. Kathy is the service
rep, tell her Eric referred you. They will work with you if you tell them what you need in advance. They did my TB/WP, steering rack and more

Thanks! I have a child in Fairfield, CT with an LX570.

Interesting. What labor rate did they give you?

I've gone there to test drive and make offers on vehicles a few times and every time they were, let's just say, sub-optimal in how they acted. Like, walk around an empty dealership for 10 minutes before anyone comes up to you kind of place, then effectively refuse to negotiate in any way/shape/form. Given, this was pre-pandemic, so maybe things have changed, but I grew up only like 15 minutes from there and there's reasons nobody I know has ever bought a vehicle from there.

Right next to me... if they want to wheel have them reach out!

No experience with sales, only the service department.

Pm me and we can discuss
