i may come and neighbor may go as well.
:hhmm:
13 confirmed with more sure to come. Still planning on the Saturday night meal alone or do we, as a group, need to plan to help in some way?

Who else is fired up about our little "mini-GSMTR"? I know I am.

Although this could be my last time ever to wheel GMP, so that may have a little to do with it.

I'm just ready to wheel

Sent from my detachment from reality.

I m ready, 40's ready, just some minor work on tow rig.

I got my bus bar and wiring to do and I think my AC compressor has taken a dump. Once I get my new tags and I'm legal again I need to take it in to have the AC checked. My heater valve appears to be working fine, that is unless the actual ball inside has failed somehow. It moves thru it's full range of motion from the best I can tell.

I'm ready I haven't wheeled since we went to the Cove back in November. That will change soon now that I bought a truck out here too :bounce:

My tow rig has yet to make it to the shop so I may still be driving it in it's present form of mosquito killer / smoke screener. :meh:

It's been like 3 or 4 weeks since I've wheeled; one of the longest stretches I've been this year I think :flipoff2:.
Congrats on the new truck; I'm trying to find your PB account now to see it.

I'm on the fence with this as I just stumbled upon it. But this may be the last trip I can make before my bucket of parts goes under the knife for some Major/Minor re-modifications.

Hope you can make it...what are the plans for the 60?

^Nick the list is pretty long but basically a motor rebuild, gutting the inside of the truck including the headliner, building overhead console above the windshield and between the seats. spray on sound deaden-er everywhere I can get it. monsta-lining the entire tub of the truck. Axle rebuilds still on the fence with a spring over
Build a new rear bumper and on and on.....
Taking a 30 day Odyssey out west starting with the "Black Hill Cruiser Classic" and seeing, Camping and Fishing everything and every place possible for my 50th birthday I got two years to make it happen it's gonna be tight.

Rig is ready for the most part, have to put the front skid plate back on and its done. Even managed to get to a few things not on the list yea.

Well after I spent all weekend working on the deck and mulching and cleaning the back yard I finally stole a minute to work on the cruiser.

Bus-Bar is rough mounted. I have to get a battery box ordered and then I can cut some wire and finish up my cables.

If it wasn't for last min wrenching I never get any wheeling in, or is it the other way around. Either way get to busy sam.

I resemble this remark! I gotta get a battery box picked out. So many to choose from. Right now I think the key will be what can I get quickest. I like the ones that hold the battery by the base, but I may be able to find a box locally at one of the shops.

Got on the horn to "chassis unlimited" today and got one of these ordered:

This should let me keep the factory box since the front to back dimension is the tight one, there is plenty of room for the top hold down bolts on the side. Gonna plasti-dip it i think when it gets here. I should have it first of next week for mounting and finishing up my electrical work before next weekend. Maybe even get my LED bar wired to try out in the dark.
