Not sure what GA. Cruisers have plan for the months of June , July or August. But STLCA has nothing going down any of them months. So I was thinking maybe we could plan a long weekend at Golden Mountain. I know it's a real b***h coming up Hwy 111 but the reward is worth it.

Work Rant-- I DO NOT understand how some large corporations are so F-ing stupid and stay in business.
I get a lot of referral work from commercial property management companies needing Low Voltage cabling (computer networks) installed for tenants. So, mid last week I get a call from a PM company that I've worked with for ages asking if I can jump on a small project ASAP. They have a request from a tenant wanting to move their small office from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor within 4 business days!!! Yeah right, these things just do not happen that quickly folks!
So that day I walk the job, generate a SOW (scope of work) and send the estimnate. By Friday I get signed contracts and approval to move forward on Friday, no problem. We execute about 75% of the project mid this week with the anticipation of wrapping up early next week. All is good right!? Not quite...
So today, I get a call from their out of state IT vendor outlining a completely new SOW from the original (which was APPROVED and SIGNED last week. A few hectic calls and emails later and now everything we did last week was a complete waste of time an money.

Honestly, its asinine how these things happen. Unfortunately this kind of crap is not new, just the latest stupid thing I've seen. Normally it wouldn't piss me off to get paid 2x for the same job but dammit man, I leave on Sunday!
