Seems your on the right track but maybe an off the shelf bracket would help.
80 Series Front Control Arm Drop Brackets by MAF LC80 FJ80 FZJ80 [PLUS_CasterBrackets] - $295.00 : Extreme Landcruiser, Upgrades for Extreme Offroad Performance

yeah I was looking for something but I didnt know what I would be getting into. but I am going to put a radius on my brackets and reinforce my new crossmember as well. I'm going to stick with the set up I have because I'm on a strict time frame, but that would definitely give it a cleaner look. I'm not super excited as of now with my radius arm brackets but it's the best I could do with the equipment I have. I appreciate the help, I really like those mounts

Its the shape of the bracket that worries me. Try to flow the stress in tension and compression. And remember the axle is going to try to twist them off. Boxing in the back of the bracket would help etc
The brackets are boxed in on the back, but I didn't box them in the entire way down, because more than likely these brackets will be getting reworked. I am not completely happy with how they came out, but I needed to get something on the truck in order to finish the steering and suspension.

Consider doing a radius arm flip?
I have considered doing a radius arm flip or custom radius arms, but I am on a limited time frame. I have to drive my car in 1 week. I made this crossmember with brackets, so I can finish working the rest of the vehicle. The mounts are going to be reworked, supported, and I will add strength to the crossmember as well. I am aware the look of this is not ideal, but it will work for fitting the steering and suspension.

I started mocking in steering and suspension today. I have the gear box pretty much where I want it and I got the steering linkage hooked up and happy with the outcome. I wish I could push the gear box towards the rear of the vehicle to correct the drag link angle but its interfering with my shock towers so my drag link is more forward than I would like.

Quit flaming until he's done y'all.
He has installed it correctly from a geometry standpoint. He will add reinforcements and bracing to support his current design.

If you do indeed raise the mounting location you could use caster correction plates at the axle end to keep the pinion and Castor in line for now.

Carry on, great first draft and thanks for sharing!
I appreciate the support. I do want to to raise the mounts, as I am not happy with how low they sit. I have half the mount boxed in, in the rear, and would like to mount at that location. I do realize this isn't the cleanest looking radius arm mount currently, but I needed something so I could start working steering, suspension, and pan hard mount. The radius arm mounts will without a doubt be getting re worked for a cleaner look. I am also adding support to the new crossmember as well. I'm trying my best with now break, shear, or any machining equipment. If I would have a little more in the budget I would have done all off the shelf radius arms and radius arm brackets.

It's been one week...did you drive this thing yet? :)

It isn't I have re done my radius arm mounts and am much happier with them. I got the tire on all 4 tires last Friday, but I have not had any luck with power steering lines. I had custom ones made, but they were incorrect. Tomorrow I'm going to revisit the steering linkage, and finish up my transmission crossmember. I am hoping to have it driving by the end of the week.

the SAS is complete as far as the axle goes. I'm still waiting on power steering lines and I'm going to have to get different spring rate for the coilovers. I completely re did my radius arm mounts and I am much happier about it. The truck came together really nice.

Let's see the new mounts. Looks good from overall though, how much did you move the front wheels forwards with the swap?

You don't "really" need powersteering!! Once you're rolling it'll turn just fine!

Great job on how fast you got this put together.

Damn inexpressive mate, this would turn it into a 105 series like i have. As some of you probably aware In Aus they are highly sort after versions of the 100 series because of the solid front axle. Im currently running the stock 1HZ engine with an aftermarket turbo and top mount intercooler/scoop but many fellows here are swapping out the HDFTE engine into the 105s and turning them into 4WD weapons

Solid axle + the factory turbo diesel 4.2 (as opposed to my factory 4.2 NA with bolt on turbo) . Would be great if they were available in the states there and we would have more parts and these engines floating around. Me personally i would put a cummins 6bt in :)
