I must be doing something wrong. I think I just wasted 10 bucks on this TIS site. I can't get it to open the 'furom' style page so i can look up my vehicle info. When I log in it will flash the page with all the goodies on it for a split second and then switches back to the log in page or either says i don't have the Adobe SVG program, which, by the way, i downloaded per instructions. ANy assistance will keep me out of the dog house with the misses or is the site a bust and i should just go to Autozone and get the overpriced manual.

There is no "easy" way to do this anymore, which is why it says suspended until further notice in the first post. You can go and download each specific section, one at a time, but plan on spending the better part of a weekend doing so. I would recomend just forking over the money for a FSM, I got mine on eBAY for $60 delivered, brand new. It is worth much more than that to me.

Good news mudders (and those of you coming in to view this thread from other sites):
I think I've worked out a unique way to ensure both: (a) people pay for their own subscription first and (b) recreate the packages so that they link to the new paths.
I'm going to do some digging and buy a month-long subscription a little later in the year and I hope to have this up and running again smoothly by summer.

Is there a way to get older FSMs? I need one for my '82 and '86 pickups.

There are no FSM for any vehicles before 1990 listed on the TIS system at all. Toyota probably has digital copies of them somewhere in their archives, but as far as I know the only way to get those manuals is to buy them.
Paper versions for rigs that old usually aren't even all that expensive; have you checked?

I'm sorry brother, did you read the first post first?
This setup doesn't work on the new TIS system. Grab what you can/want from your manual subscription
The Toyota factory manuals are copyright material. They are available on the Toyota TIS web site. They are only available for US vehicles and I believe you have to live in the US to get a subscription. The TIS subscription can be purchased for $10 for a 1-day subscription. They also have a monthly subscription.

Hey guys. I've tried the link you gave me however, when I D/L the 1992.1998 corolla file (part 1,2 and 3) and try to unzip it, I get a "file damaged" error from WINRAR. I tried another file, the 1983 corolla, and it worked fine. It seems as though just the one I want is corrupted.

So you're saying that even if I download the file and get it to work, it's in RUSSIAN?

Ok, I just got a one day login to TIS today. $10.
I logged in and watched the help videos located on the TIS site, by clicking "TIS Tutorial" under the 'What's new in TIS'.
Once your on the Video Area popup window...
Library Features > Viewing Publications
This video states that "documents for 2005 and ealier models will display in the familiar PDF viewer. A new feature is a table of contents navigation tree that identifies the documents location within it's larger manual. .... Documents for 2006 and later models will display in a new interactive viewer, will allow you to scroll through, without page breaks."
This sucks indeed. Interestingly, when I first logged into the site, it would not let me proceed further without first downloading Adobe SVG Viewer Plugin found here: https://www.adobe.com/svg/viewer/install/main.html
However, when I went to the to this adobe page, it stated at the top:
"Please note that Adobe has announced that it will discontinue support for Adobe SVG Viewer on January 1, 2009.
Download Adobe® SVG Viewer 3 and experience data-driven, interactive, and personalized graphics on the web.
So, is it possible Toyota built their new design based on an already outdated plugin from Adobe? Perhaps and hopefully, which will mean they will need to go back to PDF, which is the way it should be. I was able to install the SVG Viewer (just click the Setup File you downloaded and, if your using firefox, you need to pay attention to the notes, as it will ask you to copy/paste two of the common shared files to the plugin folder for Firefox). Then restart Firefox and you should be good to go. I logged in, and checked. Sure enough, 2005 files and below, still pop up as PDF files. So it's possible to download them all into a folder. Incidently, someone want to put these together into a continuous PDF using Adobe Acrobat, that would be awesome
