fullfloating drum to disc brake mod

Hello

I am a proud owner of Landcruiser 60 series full floating front and rear housings that will be mounted under another car..... but I want to mod the rear one from drum to disc brake. anyone done this? can I use a pair of front disc hub/bearing set for the rear one?

please, if anyone can share some info/link/anything on this, please reply.

if i buy the ff rear axle from man-a-fre, does it just bolt right in, with no dialing or moding with brackets and what not?
