Just take it down to a hose/hydraulic shop and ask them to make you a new hose and reuse the old fitting.

The next best thing would be to take the filter down and have a shop match a fitting. It might be something like a 14mm.

Mark A probably has a few of those fittings he could sell you.
The nuts are still available from Toyota as are the olives (compression sleeve for the hard lines NOT the soft lines). The soft line nipple has no part # that I have ever found.
Nut: 90402-13041 (3/69 - 7/80)
Olive: 96395-71400 (3/69 - 7/80)
The nuts are M13x1.5 and are only available from Toyota far as I know. The nut is used on all carb inlet fittings, some fuel filters and some fuel pumps. Same nut is also used on emissions equipped 2F AIR injection rails, so if you've desmogged and have a rail laying about, there's 6 spare nuts for the stash.

Yeah, I’d call Mark ( @65swb45 ). Call and leave a message at 818.953.9230 telling him what you need and a call back number. Only issue will be that Mark has a $100 minimum order, so think about what else you might want before you call. Or see if you can tag your part on to someone else’s order. I’ll be talking with Mark tomorrow to finalize an order, might be able to get one added in? Fitting for fuel filter to fuel pump hose. What year is your rig?
