I have a hairline crack in the fuel line. (Marked in green).
Would it be best just to cut the line at two dry points and connect with a rubber fuel hose?
I’m not even sure how to go about sorting it otherwise.
Is there a better fix? Epoxy? Fuel Line Repair Magic spray?

Thanks

You won’t be able to make the proper flare for a a rubber hose to slip over, it’s not the same as a brake line flare.
Even though it’s a 60 and not a 62 that has a high pressure fuel line, I would use a compression repair fitting. I would not consider 6” of hose and four hose clamps a “professional grade fix”.

Since the spot where the crack is is right there where the line bends, would it mean bending some new hard line and using these fittings where I can get a straight stretch of pipe?

Yes, that would be fine.
I should also clarify that the rubber hose would probably work fine, but being on a bend I would be concerned about it kinking and cutting off flow unless you found a preformed bend.
I aim for the permanent fix.

Not to preach - but Matt is right. Rubber fuel line under-car is not legal. Due the risk of puncture/leak/fire. Having said that I replaced all the rusted fuel lines on a diesel car with aluminum tubing because I didn't want to mess with steel. Still not legal but being diesel I feel there is less risk.

Doubt you have safety inspections there but in New York for example they would fail you for the rubber hose patch.
