Deleted post. Having trouble getting fuel from tank to fuel filter. Using hand vacuum in case fuel pump is bad. Fuel lines are clear. Will update.

they are just metal tubes. Sounds like something is clogged/rusted.
I had paper floating around the tank periodically plugging the suction tube. Took a looooooooong time to figure that out.
Make sure fuel is coming out of the fuel pump, check all rubber hose and clamps
