Fuel gage problem? (1 Viewer)

My 2011 LC has 185K. Recently noticed fuel gage rapid decline to empty after 200 miles driven on that tank.
I filled up, 16 gals. Should have taken 20gals. Again rapid decline of fuel gage to empty as before.
My system show continual 15.5 mpg while driving. No sure what is the problem...Any help greatly appreciated...

Not sure if fuel gage issue. I was thinking it may be a vapor lock issue, fuel gage or something else...

After two refills of fuel tank, problem self corrected...
