Grad A crap, IMHO. Proper maintenance is the best thing you can do for fuel economy, a turbo or supercharger for $3-8k will give you a noticeable power boost.

Search for past threads lots of info and discussion.

And in general engine modifications can either improve power output or fuel economy not both. There are exceptions but the two are often in contradiction.
