Does anyone know the inside diameter of the front track bar before i cut it into? I want to weld in a bung to run a 3/4 heim to make it adjustable.

the bar is solid. once i took it out and felt how heavy it was i thought it would be. i sleaved it with heavy wall pipe. 1 1/4 sch. 80 was a little loose so i put some tacks on the bar and polished them down with a tiger disc until it slid in.
Yep, you got it. You'll like the heim on one end for rigidity. I run a MAF 4+ front bar with a uniball joint (essentially a heim setup, but the joint is inside the eye of the bar) and love it. I have that setup for the rear panhard as well.
