Front suspension service. Need new bushings, new stabilizer bar and

So my mechanic came to service my LC this morning and casually told me i needed to change a couple of parts... :-/ Never ending story....

TC UCA bushings are worn.
Need a need stabilizer bar and bushings...
ANd he pointed at the two steering rods. (im in a latin country no idea what they are called) Axel assembly?

Are these common pieces to replace? I know the UCA bushings need to be replaced every now and then but the rest....Has got me puzzled.

Stabilizer bar? The actual bar? No, that's bizarre
Bushings I can see. They're super easy to replace though.

Tie rods? The things at the end of the steering arms that bolt to the spindle?

might be the axel rods.

The only thing that (commonly) goes bad on these is the rubber boots.

Ill drop it off at the lexus dealership (same as toyota but better qualified service) to have an alignment. See what they say..... My outter tires are a little worn.
