Front differential fzj70

Hey all,

I have a fzj70 and a tooth on my crown in the front diff broke.

The replacement part is expensive and I'm wondering if any other 4x4 vans have the same or similar crown and pinion. That could work.

4.11 ratio 37:9

Also is the dif reverse gear?

Same part number for the 1990- 7*, 8* and 105 series, non locker type.

80 series front will go in. Gear ratio difference is not worth mentioning. (80 is 4.10, so 41:10)

Thanks for the replies . The 80 series one sounds like a good option seeing that I may can find that locally easier and probably cheaper than brining in a crown and pinion
