I actually have the perfect picture for your banner. Problem is it's somebody else's work. I had it saved online

These are produced by Local Motors here in AZ. Pretty cool company. They make other flags as well.

Like it , but u might want to play with a little more 'industrial' font , and not too bright colors , maybeHad a spare few mins. You don't have a logo or anything to work from so I just worked from a picture you already had. Throw up some suggestions and I'll change it around. It's literally 11 mins so be gentle

Jason, replicate it and take a picture. It needs to have a screaming eagle with "America, **** yeah!" playing in the background.
Local Motors is making those 3D cars you can start ordering next year. No joke.
what's going to keep the bumper 'wing' from twisting the trucks frame end where it's mounted to?
I don't think that'd make much of a difference in a twisting type situation. I could very well be wrong, though. That's where the stringer tube comes in, right?

Is this a pic of the final, final product? If so I have a question:![]()
Since there's no plate (or strength) on the center section 'face', what if I come down on a rock onto the outside corner of the bumper 'wing', what's going to keep the bumper 'wing' from twisting the trucks frame end where it's mounted to? Seems like a face-plate or top-plate in the center, even if it's only 6" tall, would massively increase the bumpers strength & massively decrease the chance of the frame twisting.
Am I wrong in my thinking? Thanks.

Hmmmm to late to change it I already registered with the state and fed. And started my LLC with that spelling too. Oh well, never said I was very smart.![]()
I like the "worx" better, it's going to seem like a typo if it is works. Just my opinion.Had a spare few mins. You don't have a logo or anything to work from so I just worked from a picture you already had. Throw up some suggestions and I'll change it around. It's literally 11 mins so be gentle

I still like the underdawg's because it gives the appearance to be more sturdy. Like he over did the bumper for trails, "bomb proof"The 4x4Labs I'm building is the same concept, open face. It has a stinger to tie the two pieces together, but I opted for a straight tube instead of a curved stinger

Another thing, I would like to add. Boxing the winch in does not make it stronger. When coming down on a rock whether it's box or not you are going to get the same effect. Now if you rock crawl you might have an opinion for an approach angle," I think the winch base is extremely high?" Less surface area for the rock to hit but I think you lose clearance? But you can easily add gussets to make it extremely sturdy.the winch plate is about 3/4 of the way up the frame rail, and it and the bottom section below/tieing in the frame are all welded to the frame unless DAWG changed that(edit: looks like it's changed in that pic). but yeah, this is why my truck has a center plate and everything but it are welded all around, not bolted at the factory frame locations in sections.
You'd have to be using it as a rock crawler for this scenario to be an issue. Or be a Prius hunter on the interstate.
No biggie, if you're a rock donkey order it with a top plate, he's got lots of options/ideas for everyone going.
Hard to say, the addicted offroad .com bumpers are also open, like Jose showed on the 4x4labs style.
