Drill envy... hey man I'm a newb and just getting started being a cool ars welder... thats a nice piece there bro.
Ah it's give and take. You have sweet equipment I would love to have. But mag drills are amazing. The hougen capabilities are near endless. Inch of steel like butter. Yes please.

Made some progress on my brake... gotta get this done for the bumpers.

I think I got penetration

Plug welded the bottom side of the guide rods

The dies for that need to be 1"? Just askin cause I can trim 20" off some dyes(and shorter pieces for fingers) at work instead of making them

I went 1" just to over build it... what size are the dies your talking about?

Damn! I'm impressed it bent that 1/2". Good job!

Nice work man! I have wanted to make a press for forever it seems. Great job.

Winch plates are first up on the chopping block. I've got 4 so that will cover almost half my bumper orders. Will be getting some more tomorrow or Wednesday.

I appreciate the patience as I got the winch plates figured out and being down with the sickness last week. I'm feeling good so I gonna be putting in some long hours trying to make up for it.

Me and Patches are jamming to metal (of course) in the shop and feeling very productive. I'll have some pics up here this evening, stay tuned.

"down w/the sickness":rimshot: Yeah, post pics. Pic's are good. I like pic's! You should have some nice work weather today. Can't wait to see how the process differs using your new brake!!
