Small world man.

On a sidenote, even after rebuilding all my tie rod links and bushings my steering is still klunking about.
Could it be my steering box thats clunking? Really hoping to not have Radd send one up...
Jordan, that hose you clamped will become a problem shortly. I'd consider the hose clamps a band aid while you wait for the new hose to arrive.
X2 on what Ryan said.
Have you checked your trunion bearings.... and or replaced them properly?
Clunking doesn't feel to be coming from the axle, leaning towards my steering box being worn out, will be checking rag link after work tomorrow.
I took apart the upper rod link tonight and gave the pitman arm a good shake and lo and behold a surprisingly similar knocking sound resulted.
As for that hose, do think I could get some simple banjo fittings from one of the diesel shops around here, or should I get radd to send one up?
What does that hose do, exactly?
its rupert. Good luck finding a hydraulic shop.
I ordered a new turbo feed and drain and its been THREE MONTHS.
Twits.

You can always build your own with trans lines + barb fittings depending on the pressures. Get the barbs with the yellow fittings that are pressure rated for auto trans lines.
bytown diesel is the only spot to get that sort of work done.
They have been having problems with shipping getting the fittings I need.
At least AN fittings....
