Frames for 45s (1 Viewer)

Has anyone taken the body and put it on a chevy, ford, dodge etc... frame?
I have a 40 but want a 45 swb and was thinking if I got a frame from another truck and got aluminum body I could just make one. more dreaming because it sounds $$$$ but it would be nice to know. How much do ok 45's run?

if you wanted to go all out, you could conseivably make a component rig. matkins frame, aqualu body, toyota drivetrain, Ehsan softtop

I know of a guy putting a fj45 lwb on a 2500 ram frame at this time in Nebraska. He is using the entire running gear from the dodge though, with just the body being Toyota.
