Hi guys and gals. I’ve been looking for a 100-series LC or LX 470 in the Portland, OR area but have been disappointed with what turns up on Craigslist and dealer lots (all have either non-disclosed accident history, are rusted east coast cars, or bought to flip with no service records). Would prefer to buy from an actual owner who has service records and known history. I prefer a car that’s lived in a western state and is corrosion free. High preference for non-modified vehicles, as close to stock as possible. I don’t want to limit responses too much but I do know I don’t want a tan interior, other than that I’d like to hear what you have and your asking price. Mileage is not as much of a concern as condition and service history. I am ready to buy today if I find the right truck. FOUND MY TRUCK!
I purchased a very clean LX 470 locally yesterday and am no longer searching. Thanks to those who reached out privately. The seller of the rig I bought isn't a Mud member but he certainly has an appreciation for these vehicles, stack of documents and he performed virtually every recommended repair or maintenance job the dealers suggested. I'm already loving the rig and will post up some pics once I've calmed down enough to take a few.
