Beer...

I'll bring the beer, as long as everyones o.k. with New Belgium Brewing. Fat Tire and Skinny Dip alright with everybody?

Fat Tire is good to go...

X2 on Fat Tire or Skinny Dip. Or the Trippel even.

Forget the beer if we can't get the grill sorted we're gonna need more than beer to wash down 18lbs of raw Carne Asada

For lack of debate, I would second the motion, just go out and get a grill for the club. We will need it for the 4 Peaks event, plus others I'm sure. It's not like we are broke. I have yet to hear of any other plans to spend our $$$.

Unfortunately, I will not be at Fossil Creek to enjoy it. John

Wow, with that committment of meat, I would be willing to throw in a couple $$ towards the group grill - whats the latest development on the grill issue - anyone? , anyone?, Bueller?

It's not a matter of Bbuying a club grill as long as someone can commit to bringing a decent sized grill to cook on. Hell even a pair of those small propane powered hibachis will get the job done. I have like 10 lbs of hatch chilles that I will be bringing also. Tortillas limes peppers and onions too. I just need a place to cook them. Josh has a good grill if we can find a pickup to haul it with... anyone bringing a pickup instead of a wagon?

No worries...I'll ge the "Family" Taco and throw the grill in. Won't be able to RTT it so I might be a bit cranky on Sunday after sleeping in a tent:grinpimp:

Also - I vote for Fat Tire or 1554 from New Belgium...Good s***.

So everything is taken care of right? Im trying to guess how much beer to bring, 2 cases (48 beers) should be good huh? Or am I underestimating how many people will be there?

Maybe just underestimating the drinking capacity of the amount of people going:grinpimp:

I have dutch ovens...Let me know if you need them. Or I can plan on providing peach cobbler...let me know.

Smith clan is me +the boy. I plan on going up Friday night if anyone wants to join me...

I will join you Friday night Brittan...you might have to keep a space saved for me, as it might be later in the PM.

Anyone else going up Friday / tomorrow afternoon / night?

What do you have planned as a departure time?
Dinner in Payson?

Josh,
What's the Inside to inside of rail dimensions on the Tacoma bed? I have my be rack that could potentially work for your Taco too. It would require (4) 5/16 holes on the insides of the rails (2@ea rail) and would allow you to run your RTT over the taco bed as I have done with mine in the past.

You're in town pretty much full time again right?

Brittan,

Try to coordon off that area where we normally camp. I have the CSC banner that we can put out along the road next to the fence to "claim" our spot if ya wanna swing by to grab it on your way up tonight.

I got theCarne, onions, peppers, chiles, tortillas all ready to go. If anyone wants anything other than beef you need to bring it. I will be more than happy to cook it but you need to provide it.

See you all in the morning!!!

I'm trying for a 5:00pm departure...dinner possible? Depends on when I can get done with work today and realistically get on the road...

Yep - in town full time. The dimensions I'll have to look up once I pick up the Taco today - timing is going to be tight to get prepared & out of town tonight with work...
