(SOLD PENDING FUNDS) I've come to the conclusion that I need to sell my 1982 BJ42, 4speed, no AC or PS. I imported this truck about a year ago from Italy (what a headache) and I just don't have the time or space for it anymore. To be honest, I've only driven it about 10 miles since the day I rolled it out of the shipping container. As with everything there's good and bad. Nice paint (factory nordic blue) disassembled down to the tub
It's a diesel!
all lights and electrical work properly
new window and door seals
New exhaust
New batteries
New shocks
New headliner (it's sagging a little)
Factory 16" wheels and new mud tires
Bad
Clutch needs adjustments (engages at the top of the pedal)
Rear drum brakes need adjusting (i think one is dragging)
Could use some new springs
Spare tire hinges need new bushings (it rattles)
Factory seats need recovering (I have some bestop seats we can work into the deal).
It's got a fare bit of body filler in the rear of tub.
Not sure of the mileage since the odometer is stuck at about 170000 KM's
*****It's a decent truck but well used and will need some TLC to get her up to par. Please don't think this is a cleanly restored truck, because it's not! She's got decent bones with a nice external appearance.******
