Without pics of the inside of the quarters it is hard to tell but they look great to me. It is a pain replacing the quarters and getting everything to line up as it should.

Agreed it's difficult to judge sheet metal via pics, but from what I see I may tend to side with drake2. it appears the quarter wheel openings have been trimmed? Can't decide from my tiny phone screen. If so, coupled with the prior patchwork and straightening needed, the path of least resistance may be full quarters- then you're not left with a steel "patchwork quilt". The other side of that coin is they're only original sheet metal once. You planning on quarters with wheel tubs pre -attached to retain exposed spot welds or making peace with the fact they'll be lost to bodywork? Or better yet, have you got a resistance spot welder to duplicate them yourself in the new steel?

Hi, @miller has done quarters before and they came out show quality. He clearly has the skills to do them well so I told him I'll go whichever way he feels would yield a better outcome. He also did a little investigative work on the rear sill spots only to uncover the rust demon hiding under the sill cover.

And then we have this strange deal.....how the hell does this get bent like this? Will have to try and straighten for proper tailgate and top fitment.

I'm not the one doing the work so I can't say if it was or not. However, I have 100% confidence in @miller to do what he thinks is best .

The PO cut out these boxed sections. I assume it was for more tire clearance. He seemed to do an OK job of it so not sure there is any reason to mess with it.

You want to correct that.

There's plenty of clearance in that part of the bodywork if I'm seeing it correctly.

Thanks to @miller for coming up with a solid plan to bring the body back into spec. We took another round of measurements and made a couple weld cuts at the bottom of the B-Pillars. One pillar had to come in 3/4" and the other had to come out 1/2". I pulled the bars that we dropped into the B-pillar holes and he welded the support tubing. We then compared the new dimensions with his stock "Farm Use" 40 and we the tub is now square within 1/8" corner to corner and the levels are vertical to middle of the bubble along the pillar from the ground up!!!!!

Now we are just waiting on the new parts from RSCP to arrive.

Drove down to RSCP which is about 90 minutes south of me. Todd waited after hours so I could pick up the parts in person and save the $175 shipping. This is customer service that you just don't see often anymore...thanks to Todd for proving that great customer service is not 100% dead, yet.....

Parts seem to be of great quality, equal to the OEM material in my opinion as well as the opinion of the sheet metal gauge checker we used.
