you should not be re-gearing your truck, you should merely swap the speedo gear to account for the adjuster rpm.

I am personally going to run 3.73s with 33s to get better gearing on the highway at 65-70. I may eventually make the H41/h42 conversion to pick up teh steeper 1st gear and get back my off the line clutch rollout. 3.73s with 33s will require a little more feathering.
Stock tires are closer to 29 IIRC
