Me and my dad went and checked the yellow 40 out a while back. 6500 is way too much for that. It may look nice from the pic, but there's diamond plating all the way around the back half (no telling how much rust is under there) and there's no rear doors. Soft top has 2 or 3 rips in it, hood has trouble opening (couldn't get a look at the engine), interior needs some work, and there was a little rust underneath from what I can remember. Not trying to shoot it down but it definitely needs some work. Just trying to give a heads up. When we looked at it he was asking 8500, which we thought he was crazy, but I still think 6500 is too much. But like I said, just trying to give a heads up.
