Corrales to KAFB is definitely not 50 minutes. I do Corrales to the airport in generally 20 minutes (sometimes less).

It used to be, but the lights are timed or something now on Alameda.

Then again, it takes 20 minutes just to get across Coralles - but from the north end it's only 10 minutes if you hit the lights right to get to the 550 and I-25, then an easy 15 miles from there to the Big I.

The ad IS funny as hell but some important details have been left out. Does the engine still have the external flywheel power take-off thingy for accessories like belt driven winches? How heavy a plow can it pull? Or a combine? Does the radio play anything other than the "All Dwight Yoakam, All The Time" station. These would be important considerations for any potential buyer I would think.

1974 V8 FJ40, otherwise stock, in White Rock. (No affiliation) Few miles (and only two years) on Checker short block. Runs strong. Advance Adapters Bellhousing extension kit, orig drive train. New seat upholstery, new windshield. Beige, body and paint fair. I will have pictures next week if anyone is interested. The guy has been trying to sell it for awhile and was at $5500 last year. WTB: 2F fan shroud

2F engine is in and ran for 5 seconds off starter fluid (fuel tanks not hooked up yet). In the process of hooking up radiator and I need a 2F fan shroud. The old fan shroud has too much depth.

Looking to buy a 2F fan shroud that is approximately 19 inches wide (fan blade area) and is identifiable by three bolt holes on passenger side and four bolt holes on drivers side. Dan S. kept his shroud for his dad's 40!

This is for my 1973 FJ40 F to 2F engine swap.

Old pre-rollbar seats. To fit with the factory rollbar they need toi be moved inboard a couple of inches. Good condition, could use some touch-up paint but not torn. $100 obo
