Supercharger is sold already.

It was, had me thinking for a minute I might be supercharging the 45. Better for wallet it sold already.
It's almost time for an intervention.......

Dang, someone V8 swapped it, then rolled it doing donuts?

Is that what happened? Dang.
The seller has two different vehicles he is parting one is the 80 series the other was a Tundra which had the supercharger in it. I don’t think the 80 was motor swapped, just clearifying should anyone else be in need of the other parts he has.

Wow rare find. I believe elevated overland on Instagram bought it. He said he traded a much of junk for it. It came with the whole ecu TRD 9th and 10th injection. He plans to put it on his 4th gen 4Runner. Not going to lie I was a little jealous when I seen his post.

Toyota pulled the 4.7 superchargers off the market shortly after they were originally released. I vividly remember the Stop-Sale and return request letter. They wanted them back and fast. Some engines were bending connecting rods... Not in Cruisers, only Tundras and Sequoias. Those had domestically-sourced connecting rods, the Cruiser rods were Japanese...

I can only imagine what a SC would do to my v8 4Runner. It's silly fun now but with a SC it'd be obnoxiously fun to drive. I'd be a Hooligan on the road, trying to keep up with Isabelle's Ninja

I've decided to go another direction on the front locker for the 4Runner. I'm going to sell the used ARB air locker I had for it.
ARB model RD132 for 8" diffs. See ARB RD 132 for the list of applications. Here is a summery of applications at ARB 8-inch (RD132).

HDC price is $500 firm.

Includes:
  • The locker
  • New Seal housing assembly (I didn't see the clip in my kit)
  • New seal housing o-rings, the good brown rings
  • Pinion seal
  • Adjuster nut
  • Bulkhead fitting kit
  • Hose
  • Solenoid valve
  • Switch covers. The switch is in the truck and not in my possession.
  • Documentation
