Greetings from the FNG. My family and I bought a 1985 FJ60 Land Cruiser from our neighbor in November '24. The wagon is completely original with 200,007 miles on the odometer at purchase. It had sat for four +/- years without being started and driven. It runs and drives and seems pretty happy to be loved again. I am working to repair rusted sheetmetal. I am using a donor 2000 Toyota 4 Runner's rear inner wheel wells to repair the Land Cruiser's rusted rear wheel wells and quarter panels. Planning paint and bodywork and fun in the meantime.

Welcome! Sounds like an awesome picture. Post pics when possible!

Here is a few of the FJ as it sat in the neighbor's yard and after we got it started and running. Looks like I can only post 5 photos at a time, so I'll have to work on this with some spare time. I hope my 4 Runner wheel well fit is helpful to others, so I'll try to post those images as I progress.

Here is the fit of the 2000 Toyota 4 Runner driver side "dog leg" within the patch panel of the Land Cruiser's passenger side rear wheel well. The repair will require some slicing and welding, but it is a very similar shape and construction.
