Changing all fluids. I’ve searched the FAQ and all related threads and can’t find a definitive answer for the torque numbers for transmission drain and fill plugs. 4 speed transmission.

To verify it looks like the TC 27 ft lbs for both drain and fill plugs??

Not a definitive answer, but sounds about right. Make sure to use new crush washers.

All new washers….but the transmisison drain/fill plugs I am not sure if the torque specs.

25-30 ft lbs. is plenty good enough. Be aware that the cheaper torque wrenches are typically not very accurate near the ends of their ranges.

Thanks. I started with 23 and then took it to 27 ft lbs. Felt snug.
