Floating connecter under the hood

I have been working on getting my 86 fj60 running - my D. Buns let it sit - anyway last night while horsing around I noticed a connector just hanging actually looks a little burnt on one side- I cannot find an image hopefully with all the knowledge on this site I can find out what I’m dealing with- pics to follow

Carb fan ground wire. Connect to ground and it will run carb fan for ~20min after ignition turn off.

Or fix wire and connect to switch under intake manifold. It is off the two bolts on the rear of intake manifold and snakes under on bracket next to exhaust manifold.
