My hatch lock motor works but the plastic piece that the lock actuator connects to broke. Is it possible to replace just the plastic piece?

If so what’s the P/N please and the best way to swap it out?

On closer inspection and comparison to other threads, it looks like I'm missing the metal thing that clips the arm linkage to the lock cylinder. I'll try to get some better pics tomorrow since I know that my first one is out of focus :(.

@ToyotaMatt wondering if you still stock the full replacement set of lock cylinders referenced on this thread? My ignition cylinder key & driver's door key are a match, but they don't match the gas, rear hatch, or passenger. So I'd be interested in replacing everything while I'm at it.

This is the retaining clip piece. If anyone has this and can sell it to me I'd appreciate it! Though I think the white plastic broke thereby releasing the clip into the void....so I'm assuming I need to replace the whole cylinder...but I want to start by seeing if I can get it to work with just the clip.

Good evening Jonny ... :) / @jonnyd42
i saw your post here this morning , i wanted to add some tech to help you here then , but after my 2nd tumbler of green tea staring at your initial tech photos of your actual 69055-90A11 in your 1989 FJ62LG-PNEA ..
i realized that this topic as a whole , and in specific detail as your 2nd much better , Krisp , klear Photo & most importantly the angle you shot it , make it the smoking-gun example of 1 of the only 3 very different ways / scenarios that can and do occur often enough to be documented in a formal Technical Video that i have had on my all things Land Cruiser Locks & Keys list of ones i have planned in the short-term near future .
- i will discuss what has occurred here to your rear push-button
69055- , and spell out the options that you have on the table of current day of June in 2025 choices ...

As of this past Easter Weekend 2025 , I have started shooting the : " How-To & Where-To Locate your 1973-1997 Land Cruiser Factory Key Code " , I am utilizing
GHOST for this nicely comprehensive step-by-step digital tutorial that will cover all the bases , including where to start the search that does not yet involve any tool ..........Yet

note : strongly suggesting that you do-not touch that lock or any of its related linkage parts till you review my Tech-Video is telling you just that .........fyi
hang-tite for a bit , i will be posting it here later tonight .....
thanks
matt ..
