Fj60 split case Output Shaft Gear bind (1 Viewer)

I'm rebuilding this transfer case and ran into a problem
installing the new bushing into the 43 tooth low gear.
Clearances are way too tight if nonexistent. The specs are:
1981 Fj60
H42 4 speed with aluminum Split Case
Marlin Crawler rebuild kit 34mm
With new bushings to match

Low Output shaft Gear inner diameter 43.3mm
New bushing OD 45mm
Bushing ID before installation into gear 40.5mm
Output Shaft dia 40.35mm

The old bushing came out in one piece. I searched for
factory specs on these parts with no success. Will provide pics if needed.
Anyone else measure the diameters on these gears and shafts?

Obviously the kit contains the wrong parts. Very common
