I’ve had a manifold exhaust leak and it didn’t sound amazing like that. Mine sounded like a mini exhaust pipe in the engine compartment.

Typical exhaust leak will sound like a low-Tick-Tick-Tick
Does sound like high-pitch bearing squeal, from something exposed, like an Alternator or Idler. Best to isolate with mechanics stethoscope
Easy to check is the A/C idler bearing, if you have A/C.

The high pitched noise sounds like it could be an air intake leak. I had this happen when I didn’t torque my bolts down enough after I replaced the gaskets.
