I promise I've ready countless Mud forums.. and I'll list out everything I've tried. Open to suggestions at this point. I'm chasing a gremlin. Seen a bunch of threads describing the same symptoms.. but no relief.

85' FJ60. New to me. Drove it around for 2 weeks everyday. No issues whatsoever. So I'm pretty sure I did something to it.. but no idea what it was. Stock 2F. Smog Delete. Weber Omix-ada carb. No FCS.

Getting a hesitation/stall once it gets hot. Stalls out, won't crank again until it cools off. If it does turn over it runs super rough. Does it every time I drive more than 5 minutes, not occasionally. Seems to idle fine in the garage as long as I want.

Had electric fuel pump. Changed to OEM mechanical. No change.
New Fuel Filter and lines, firewall to carb. Blew out the line back to the tank. No Change. (charcoal canister isn't hooked up, but will be)
Don't see a crack in the intake anywhere. Changed out vacuum lines and caps. Found a vacuum leak on the carb, plugged it. Vacuum is holding strong 20-23in. Not seeing a drop in pressure before a stall event.. No Change.
Pulled Carb, blew it all out. Some rust particles, nothing major. No change.
Went through ground wires, found loose wire.. No change.
Set Timing. Set Valves. No Change.
Normal baseline maintenance.. New sparkplug wires, changed oil, ran some seafoam through carb and gas tank.. No Change.

What am I overlooking?
