fj45 tailgate

Im in need of an 1966 fj45 longbed tailgate, someone stole it from the original owner 3 weeks ago she believes to scrap it, they also stole the drivers side door, and radiator.... so now im stuck trying to find new ones. leave some feedback!

CCOT and Pacol have repro tailgates if you can't find a used one ... Drs door you should be able to find relatively easily... Location?

The ones that CCOT had were from Paul Pilgrim's and NLA. Surprised they haven't deleted all the pilgrim's parts since they are NLA and all the issues surrounding him. To be honest haven't checked their site much. Saw they have a listing for 60 fender flares. Clicked on it only to see NLA.

I took a look at Pacol and didn't find the site to friendly. Couldn't find the tailgates listed or prices for anything. After Awl_TEQ's (Kevin) batch he made last year thought used was the only current option. Would be curious what Pacol charges for a tailgate. I assume it would need to be custom made and not in stock.

It will be used. He has a tons of cruisers and stuff. I have been dealing with mike for years and we buy sell and trade between eachother all the time.
Hardest part is getting him to sell
If you are ever in GJ stop by, lots to look at.

I think I read something about him. I was mainly just making sure this wasn't something new. I'm not needing a tailgate mmyself. Picked up one of Kevin's tailgate last year and parts to fix my old TG. I have a few parts myself that I currently think of as trading stock. 45 are pretty rare here in here in AZ so really not many parts for those. CO and CA seem to have the most along with MT.

Curious, where was the vehicle when this was stolen. A radiator and tailgate would appear quite a job as a thief ?

Thats the truth. Northern CA must have had a ton of them cause they are still coming out of the wood work.
Another place that always has lots of 40 and I know a bunch of 45's have come out of is Grants Pass Oregon. I am not sure if there was a dealer there in the 60s and 70s or what.
