Just looking for ideas to add power steering on a 74 fj45.... Can I use a power steering unit of a Chevy 3500?...anybody ?

im still trying to figure out if i can use a power steering box and pump from a checv 3500 or any other chevy for my 74 fj45!! has anyone done this conversion and how did u do it??

Your FJ45 P/S conversion is essentially the same as an FJ40 conversion. Just go through the link Fast Eddy posted. There are several options for adding power steering to the FJ40/45 and opinions vary as to what is best.
