I bought the FJ from a guy in Melbourne he had the car since 85 as the second owner when i got the FJ its being mechanically A1 . The cluster tell me that its done 48000k but the previous owner told me that's the km after the motor being recondition that's the time he got the upgraded 5 speed .

when I got the FJ it had b rust at the rear doors and the panels inside that's all the rust their was and I did fix it . Front doors were fine and the tub at front was good their is no rust on the chassis or the engine bay .

I got the FJ painted outside to the original musted yellow .

Mechanically the FJ is perfect.

pardon my ignorance, how does that ghostbusters tank looking thing work? that's an extra tank or does it use veggy oil? again, pardon my idgnorance. anyway, just odd where that tank is impeding use of good space to haul stuff, but that's just me.

Propane, or LPG as they like to call it Down Under. I assume the hoses are for venting seeing as it's in a passenger area.

Thats right the tank is for LPG only .Its easy just switch from LPG to Petrol by flicking a button .In Sydney LPG is about 70 cents and Petrol $1.45 litre so its economical to drive on LPG .I have posted a video on you tube look for FJ45 sandy and FJ45 sandy1 u can see how i easy its to change LPG to Petrol .
