Vestavia is a nice area. I’m guessing the Tenn title is because alabama doesn’t title older vehicles.(I bought a 78 40 from alabama a few years back)
There are a couple nice cruiser shops in bham that a potential buyer could probably have someone on the ground check out in person.

I policed in Hoover, AL which is right next door to Vestavia Hills. I'm new to the FJ game but would be willing to go check this for an interested party. Just keep in mind I'm a FNG and apparently have bad taste in picking FJ's. Right @EWheeler ?

Haha, I wouldnt say bad taste at all, at least you were looking for a landcruiser and not a jeep! As with anything experience comes into play.
