Started with the black cruiser blew the motor up and wanted to lower it and stretch it
Took it all apart to make it easier to do the frame work
Realized I would have about five feet of stock frame left
And it had all the parallel 4 link brackets on it too much work to remove
So new tube frame triangulated 4link ori struts
Only thing wound up used from original truck
Is the c6 nwf black box 205 and the Dana 60 14bolt axles
Should have just sold it less drivetrain lol

And a comparison shot red cruiser is on 38.5s

And putting the 45 ish build next to it on rollers
Just makes me want to cut the 45 back apart because it's going to be taller on 44s than the 40 will be on 47s

Geez, what is the belly height of the 40 on 47"s?

Haven't done a build thread I suck at taking pictures
I get in build mode and forget to take pictures
Belly height was 8 inches on the rollers
Never measured it with the 47 s on it guessing about 23 at bump
Will be between 28 and 34 at ride
It's as low as I could get it the upper links tuck right up beside the motor
This one actually isn't mine I'm building it for a buddy
And as for to many cruisers they are all pretty rough
The red one I actually bought for parts and it was better than the one I was fixing lol
