Wanted fj40 steering drag link and tie rod. I recently purchased a 73 fj40 (basket case) that is missing the steering linkage from the manual box to the axles. Any condition will do, rusted, bent or bad tie rod ends are ok. I just want to be able to steer this pile around while I’m pushing it around the house and in and out of the garage.

I have a drag link, tierod, and drag link. Along with a steering arm.

Looking for a tie rod with ends, any condition. Purchased a relay rod and tie rod set, but the tie rod had the ends cut off too close to the rod Can’t get them out. Anyone have one located in the PNW?

Weld a nut on That cut end, should screw out.

And remove the collar, soak with PB blaster or something like it.

Heat it before unscrewing. Is that enough advice for you?
