Which thickness and fitness did you order or would you recommend?

A couple of years ago I had to redo our boat interior. A lot of the foam was chunked up and i had to repair some holes and cuts in it, add layers to it and also make some new cushions. Locally I found The Sunshine Foam Co in Cinti. . Foam is expensive but they had what I needed and seemed cheaper than online. I used various sizes, 1/4" with cloth backing. 1"x 2ft x 6ft and 3"x 2ft x 6ft. I used 3m super 77 contact adhesive to glue it together and an electric carving knife to cut it to size and shape it. Another good source for Foam is to watch the free section on Craigslist. Folks are always trying to get rid of couches and such. Sometimes I see folks throwing away furniture. I'll sometimes grab the cushions if they are in good shape and density.
