??? I have a 72 fj40. I was thinking i would swap the axles for a 9" rear and dana 44 front... anyone ever done this?? Any info would be great!

I run Scout 44's front and rear. the rear is spring over, and the front is 4 linked. If you intend to drive it on the road alot I would suggest doing spring over front and rear due to the soft ride of the 4link, road manners suck.
remember too that the t-case output on the FJ40 is offset....you'd need either a custom offset 9" in the rear or a swap to a drivetrain with a centered rear output t-case.
