SOA 40 ==> 60 axle swap help! (1 Viewer)

I need help! I have been searching the world for instructions on the Ruff Stuff 40 to 60 axle swap SOA kit and I cannot find anything. Ruff stuff is not too helpful. I want to confirm I am welding the frame widening platforms correctly. Does anyone know of a video or have pics of a completed project? Thanks!

Cant find any great pics after welding. I did grind the opening on the brackets to better fit the axle after I had it rotated as I wanted it and then did the c&t.

I did grind the opening on the brackets to better fit the axle after I had it rotated as I wanted it and then did the c&t.

I did the same thing to set my pinion angle to where I wanted it, but I then installed leaf spring shims to rotate the axle BACK to have good caster. The idea was that C&T would be done in future, remove the angle shims, and go to DC front drive shaft. I did end up doing C&T when I relocated my shackle through the frame, but I have not driven the truck since doing the C&T many years ago.
